Sark Projects is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead management
- Stay updated on market trends and project details
