Job Summary
The State Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating project activities across the assigned state. The role requires close collaboration with schools, stakeholders, government departments, and community members to ensure effective project execution and achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities in line with approved work plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, community leaders, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of project activities.
- Conduct regular community visits, awareness campaigns, outreach programs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, case files, and project-related data.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards in implementation.
- Support recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of field teams.
- Liaise and build partnerships with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, and other relevant organizations.
- Track project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources in compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Identify implementation challenges, provide practical solutions, and support timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and reporting standards.
- Facilitate review meetings, field assessments, and monitoring visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Good documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
Pay: ₹20,411.36 - ₹40,000.00 per month
