Key Requirements:
- Proven Store Management experience in men's clothing brands only (no mixed/unisex or women's wear background)
- Must be fluent in Hindi and Bengali
- Strong understanding of men's ethnic wear fabrics, fits, and styling
- Customer engagement and upselling skills
- Comfortable with billing/POS systems and inventory basics
- Well-groomed, presentable, and target-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the store inventory,people, assets
- Adherance to compliance
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
