Job Title: Finance Head
Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut, Kerala
Salary Package: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head to lead and manage the company's finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance, profitability analysis, and overall financial operations while leading a finance team and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance Department and finance team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze company performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Develop cost-control measures and improve financial processes.
- Support business expansion and growth planning through financial analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Drive profitability-focused initiatives and strategic financial decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)
- CA (Chartered Accountant)
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of overall finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST Compliance
- Income Tax
- TDS and statutory regulations
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Cost Control and Profitability Management
- Experience in the Electronics Retail Industry will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to generate and analyze MIS reports and financial dashboards.
