Responsibility:
experience in CNC/VMC machine
1. Day to day maintenance activities for Mechanical for equipment and utilities.
2. To see that machine is handed to production same day.
3. Should undertake preventive and planned maintenance to ensure availability of healthy equipment all time.
4. To utilize man power effectively.
5. To go in to root cause analysis.
6. Training of Fitters and Electrician.
7. Maintaining records related to maintenance.
8. Attend any breakdown on immediate basis to keep down time within limits.
9. To asses and maintain minimum inventory of critical spares.
10. He should be able to take on Job decisions.
11. Eager to learn and understand / upgrading techniques of maintenance.
12. Reviewing maintenance strategies for optimal performance and reliability and finding cost-effective measures in maintenance procedures.
13. Plan for installing of new equipment so that new equipment start within 3 days.
14. Maintenance engineers plan preventative maintenance.
15. Maintenance engineers act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs.
16. Machine should be repaired same day. Bigger problems can be planned preventive maintenance.
17. The Maintenance engineer must make inspections and assess potential problems. These professionals also recommend changes for upgrading equipment to increase productivity and functionality.
18. Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supervising electrical/ mechanical technicians, which includes hiring and training new team members.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
