About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in electronic circuit design, schematic development, and embedded hardware systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing hardware solutions involving microcontrollers, power electronics, communication interfaces, battery-powered systems, and display technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware schematics and circuits for embedded systems.
- Work with microcontroller-based designs and peripheral integration.
- Design and troubleshoot power supply circuits, including:
- Buck converters
- Boost converters
- LDO regulators
- Constant current drivers
- Design and evaluate analog circuits such as amplifiers and signal conditioning stages.
- Develop hardware solutions involving:
- LED drivers and LED control systems
- Battery charging, protection, and power management circuits
- LCD, OLED, TFT, and other display interfaces
- Integrate and validate communication protocols including:
- I²C
- SPI
- UART (preferred)
- Collaborate with firmware teams for hardware-software integration.
- Support IoT-enabled products utilizing MQTT communication protocols.
- Perform component selection, PCB review, hardware debugging, testing, and validation.
- Prepare design documentation, BOMs, test reports, and manufacturing support documents.
- Participate in prototype bring-up, troubleshooting, and production support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware electronics design and development.
- Strong understanding of:
- Microcontrollers and embedded hardware
- Analog and digital circuit design
- Power electronics and DC-DC converters
- Battery-powered systems
- LED control and display technologies
- Experience with communication protocols such as I²C, SPI, and MQTT.
- Ability to read, create, and debug electronic schematics.
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design, enclosure development, or product integration.
- Knowledge of PCB layout best practices and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Exposure to wireless communication modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, GSM, etc.).
- Experience working on IoT products from concept to production.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
