CCTV & Support Engineer – JD & KRA
Location: Mysuru | Shift: Rotational (Day / Evening / Night)
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electronics / IT / Networking)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Job Description (JD)CCTV & Surveillance & commissioning of IP/Analog CCTV cameras.
- Configure DVR/NVR, storage, recording & remote access.
- Troubleshoot camera, recording, power & connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Network Support
- Basic configuration & troubleshooting of:
- Routers
- Switches / PoE Switches
- Firewalls
- Handle IP addressing, LAN connectivity, and network issues.
- Support network upgrades, device replacement & expansion activities.
- Assist in firewall access updates and basic security configurations.
Service & Customer Support
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues within SLA.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support.
- Maintain service reports, asset details & documentation.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Maintain CCTV & Network uptime.
- Quick resolution of technical issues.
- Timely completion of installations and upgrades.
- Preventive maintenance completion as per schedule.
- Proper documentation and reporting.
- Customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
