Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Activity Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of activities and events that promote engagement, creativity, and overall development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs that enhance participation and create a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute activities, events, and programs
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth execution
- Develop activity schedules and ensure timely implementation
- Encourage participation and engagement from all participants
- Monitor and evaluate the success of activities and suggest improvements
- Maintain records, reports, and feedback related to events and participation
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with organizational guidelines
- Manage materials, equipment, and logistics required for activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Event Management, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in event coordination or activity planning (preferred)
