Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable and process-driven Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen manufacturing operations across departments. The role involves building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, implementing structured reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day factory execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational thinking, leadership ability, and experience managing manufacturing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable operational systems and SOPs
- Oversee production, planning, inventory, quality, maintenance, and dispatch operations
- Build structured reporting systems and track operational KPIs (OEE, downtime, wastage, productivity, inventory turnover, etc.)
- Improve production efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operational flow
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely production and delivery schedules
- Drive operational discipline, accountability, and process standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing or factory operations
- Strong analytical, leadership, and process management skills
- Experience in creating systems, workflows, and operational controls
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and production planning
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Experience in building materials or industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices
