Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, achieve sales targets, and develop business growth opportunities. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and market handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle distributor, dealer, and institutional sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports, target analysis, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch teams.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings regularly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of sales experience in FMCG/Stationery/Manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
- Willingness to travel for business development.
