Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Talent Execution Executive to support the successful delivery of talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, coordinating with key stakeholders, and supporting the organization's hiring objectives through efficient talent operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Execution
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection activities with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor hiring progress and maintain adherence to recruitment timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support recruiters and hiring managers in achieving workforce planning and hiring targets.
Candidate Experience Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience through effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate offer management, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Address candidate queries promptly and professionally.
Talent Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Prepare employment offers, recruitment documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, recruitment standards, and applicable employment regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers, recruitment teams, HR business partners, and external vendors.
- Track recruitment activities and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate recruitment events, campus hiring initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement programs as required.
- Proactively identify and escalate recruitment challenges to ensure timely resolution.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
