A Food & Beverage (F&B) Guest Service Associate (GSA) is a front-line hospitality professional who ensures an exceptional dining experience. They are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages accurately, maintaining dining area hygiene, and assisting with upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and provide personalized service by remembering regular patrons' names and preferences.
- Order Taking & Service: Accurately take food and drink orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and serve items promptly at the correct temperature.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain HACCP and restaurant hygiene standards by clearing tables, polishing silverware, folding linens, and sanitizing dining areas.
- Revenue Generation: Actively promote daily specials, up-sell premium items, and suggest pairings or cross-sell other F&B venues to maximize revenue.
- Operations Support: Assist with opening and closing side duties, handle bill processing/cash handling, and support banquets or special event setups as needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
