We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales and real estate processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Sales Experience Can Be Considered)
Qualification: Minimum HSC
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: One Rotational Off
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees
- Provide OGT (On-the-Job Training) and process training to new agents
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Deliver training on sales processes, communication skills, and real estate products
- Share knowledge of local real estate market trends and industry best practices
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training reports
- Support team leaders and management in improving team productivity and performance
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Real Estate and Sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development abilities
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Trainer, Process Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Team Leader
- Background in Real Estate, BPO Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service
- Ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong understanding of OJT, process training, and performance management
- Immediate joiners preferred
