About the Role
We are seeking seasoned executive search professionals with deep roots in the hospitality industry to lead senior and leadership hiring across luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, lifestyle brands, and UHNI ecosystems globally.
This role is ideal for professionals who have transitioned from hotel operations, HR leadership, or talent management into executive search and understand hospitality not just as an industry, but as a culture.
You will act as a trusted advisor to owners, founders, CXOs, and principals, helping them identify leadership talent that aligns with service excellence, discretion, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Advisory
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior roles such as:
- General Managers, Directors, Heads of Department
- HR Directors, Operations Heads, Sales & Marketing Leaders
- Private Estate Managers, Chief Stewards, Lifestyle Directors
- Partner closely with founders, hotel owners, boards, and UHNI clients
- Conduct deep-dive role diagnostics beyond CVs—culture, leadership style, service philosophy
Client Engagement
- Build and manage long-term retainer relationships
- Act as a talent advisor, not a transactional recruiter
- Represent the brand with credibility, discretion, and industry authority
Candidate Intelligence
- Leverage strong hospitality leadership networks across India, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia
- Conduct confidential, high-level conversations with senior talent
- Assess candidates on:
- Operational excellence
- People leadership
- Luxury service mindset
- Cultural and brand fit
Market Insights
- Share insights on compensation benchmarks, leadership trends, and succession planning
- Support clients in structuring leadership roles for scale and growth
Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground
- 8–15+ years of experience in hospitality leadership, HR, or executive search
- Prior experience as:
- Hotel Manager / Assistant GM / Operations Head
- HR Manager / HR Director in a hospitality group
- Senior Consultant in an executive search firm focused on hospitality
- Strong understanding of luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, and lifestyle brands
