About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding global sourcing operations. In this remote position, you will own the end-to-end initial sourcing lifecycle, requiring an exceptional mix of communication skills, recruitment tech proficiency, and administrative discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Excellence: Source, map, and identify high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized international recruitment platforms.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound cold calls and initial touchpoints to engage prospective candidates and pitch active job opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Build, update, and systematically maintain accurate candidate databases and tracking systems (ATS).
- Screening & Coordination: Screen resumes, evaluate baseline competencies, and coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Administrative Guardrails: Perform data management tasks, compile accurate recruitment reports, and assist with initial onboarding functions as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Experience: Proven experience working in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a high-volume outbound sourcing/inside sales role.
- Language Proficiency: English communication skills (mandatory for international market alignment).
- Sourcing Tech Toolset: High proficiency using LinkedIn Sourcing tools, Indeed Databases, and standard office/ATS software.
- Operational Drive: Comfortable making consistent outbound calls and managing candidate rejection with a resilient mindset.
