Job Title: Operations Executive – Events

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing events. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events such as corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and activations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless event delivery
- Handle logistics including venue setup, transportation, equipment, and manpower
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational checklists
- Supervise on-site operations and troubleshoot issues during events
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Prepare post-event reports and analysis
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to travel and work on weekends if required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in event operations or event management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate or large-scale events
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with event tools/software
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Strong attention to detail and execution
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
