Role Summary
We are looking for a Finance Executive – US/UK Entity Accounting to manage accounting activities for our US and UK entities. These entities import perfumes from the Indian holding company and sell through e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok.
The role will cover purchases, sales, bank and marketplace reconciliations, inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Record imported purchases, landed costs, customs duties, and related expenses.
- Record intercompany purchase and sales transactions between entities.
- Post sales, marketplace fees, commissions, refunds, marketing expenses, and other operating costs.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for US and UK accounts.
- Reconcile Amazon and TikTok marketplace settlements with recorded sales and fees.
- Reconcile inventory between ERP/warehouse records and marketplace data and record necessary adjustments.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and support intercompany settlements.
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of entity-level financial reports.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready accounting records.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of accounting queries.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in entity accounting, preferably with exposure to international accounting.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplace reconciliations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and strong MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of import accounting, inventory accounting, and intercompany transactions.
- Basic understanding of US/UK accounting practices and applicable indirect tax concepts.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
