We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and Master Data Management (MDM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise applications, drive data quality initiatives, and build seamless integrations across business-critical systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies and proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise MDM platforms to ensure accurate and consistent master data across applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise MDM systems.
- Ensure accurate synchronization and management of master data across Salesforce and connected applications.
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC).
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Drive end-to-end development activities as an Individual Contributor.
Required Skills
✔ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
✔ Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
✔ Mandatory experience with Master Data Management (MDM), including:
- Data synchronization
- Data quality and governance
- Deduplication strategies
- Management of enterprise "Golden Records"
✔ Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with MDM platforms using Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar middleware
✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise architecture
✔ Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end development activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
- Exposure to complex integration and data migration projects
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
