Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, transportation, and delivery, ensuring timely execution.
- Identify and resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouses.
- Track key performance metrics such as delivery timelines, inventory levels, and lead times, and prepare performance reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives.
- Act as the primary communication point for stakeholders, providing real-time updates on orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and supply chain best practices while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Manage supply chain operations using ERP, TMS, WMS, and other supply chain management systems, while supporting system enhancements and user adoption.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
