The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients to help the company grow. The role involves promoting company services, understanding client requirements, and converting potential leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present company services such as website development, software solutions, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to deliver projects according to client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database of prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web services
- Ability to handle client relationships professionally
- Good understanding of sales and lead generation
- Confidence in calling and presenting services to clients
Experience:
- 0–1 Month experience in Business Development, Sales, or Telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
