An Sr. Executive - HR (Generalist) supports or leads end-to-end HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. Based in Gurugram, this mid-level role typically requires an MBA/PGDM and bridges the gap between staff and business leadership to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work culture.
Key responsibilities and functions include:
Core Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end hiring processes including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Lifecycle & Relations: Overseeing probation, transfers, exits, and final settlements. Serving as a point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Performance & Compensation: Assisting with performance appraisals, increments, and HRIS/payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to statutory labor laws and internal company policies.
Typical Requirements (Gurugram Market)
- Experience: Generally 2 to 4 years of relevant corporate HR experience.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources prefered (PDGM can be considered), Graduate.
- Skills: Strong communication, HRIS management, and an analytical mindset.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
