Job Description:
We are looking to employ a qualified and competent O&M engineer who willbe in a supervisory role and responsible for the timely coordination with allstakeholders and execution of maintenance activities of the solar plants.
Qualification:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2+ years
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and inspection of the solar plants.
- Coordinate with O&M & OEM vendors for regular maintenance as perthe schedule.
- Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.
- Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Visit sites for inspection, repair, maintenance, and modifications asand when required.
- Perform electrical and mechanical component inspections, testing, repair,and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and share timely reports of generation, site visits, incidents, andRCA.
- Responds to emergency callouts

- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
