As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual sets and enforces platform standards that maintain system stability and optimize performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the platform evolves effectively to meet changing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality deployments.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system performance and compliance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
