Job Summary
The Head Architect will lead the complete architectural function for luxury resort homes and hospitality developments. The role is responsible for conceptual design, master planning, design management, consultant coordination, statutory compliance, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to project completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in luxury residential or resort developments, and a passion for creating world-class living experiences. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Planning
Lead the architectural design and planning of resort homes, villas, clubhouses, and other development projects. Develop innovative, sustainable, and functional design concepts aligned with the company's vision.
Review and approve conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings. Ensure consistency in architectural standards across all projects. Project Management
Oversee projects from concept design through execution and handover. Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape, Structural, and MEP teams.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction. Resolve design-related issues during execution. Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
Manage external architects, consultants, and design agencies. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project execution teams.
Present design concepts and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, development regulations, and statutory approvals.
Coordinate with liaison teams for obtaining approvals from government authorities. Ensure all designs comply with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards. Quality & Cost Control
Monitor design quality and adherence to company standards. Participate in value engineering without compromising design quality.
Review material selections and specifications for quality and cost optimization.
Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the architecture and design team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance. Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
Certification in Green Building or Sustainable Design is an added advantage. Experience 12–18 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in luxury villas, resort homes, hospitality, township, or premium residential developments.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and MS Office.
Excellent understanding of construction techniques and architectural detailing.
Knowledge of local building regulations, NBC, and approval processes. Experience in sustainable and green building practices. Key Competencies

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
