- Montessori Certification: A valid diploma or certificate from an accredited training organization (e.g., AMI, AMS, or IMC).
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Deep patience, strong observational skills, excellent verbal communication, and a genuine respect for the child.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
