Role Overview
A full-time, work-from-office Gifting / Partnership Manager based in Ahmedabad will own corporate gifting partnerships, build strong B2B relationships, and scale the brand's gifting business through new client acquisition and partner management.

Mandate Experience
Proven experience in corporate gifting curation is mandatory.
Hands-on exposure to working with corporate clients and managing end-to-end gifting requirements is essential.
Prior experience in building brand partnerships, business development, or corporate alliances in the gifting space is strongly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and grow corporate gifting partnerships to expand brand reach and revenue.
- Identify, prospect, and convert corporate clients for festive, employee engagement, client appreciation, and special-occasion gifting programs.
- Curate gifting solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, timelines, and brand objectives.
- Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and closure of high-value gifting opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and sourcing to ensure smooth execution of gifting orders.
- Develop a scalable partnership pipeline and maintain strong follow-through with existing and prospective accounts.
- Track partnership performance, gifting outcomes, and growth opportunities to help scale the brand's gifting vertical.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in corporate gifting curation and relationship management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability.
- Go-getter attitude with a high ownership mindset.
- Ability to independently drive partnerships from lead generation to closure.
- Commercially sharp, target-oriented, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong coordination skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
Ideal Background
- Experience in corporate gifting, premium gifting, lifestyle, D2C, retail, or brand partnership ecosystems.
- Existing network with HR, admin, procurement, marketing, or leadership teams in corporate organizations would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with growth and revenue targets.
