Cybrik Solutions is looking for a dedicated IELTS/PTE Trainer & Assessment Specialist to join our EdTech team. The selected candidate will play a key role in evaluating students' performance, reviewing their tests on our AI-powered portal, providing detailed feedback, and helping improve the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate IELTS and PTE Writing and Speaking submissions according to official scoring criteria.
Review student test attempts submitted through the Cybrik Solutions portal.
Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback for improvement.
Identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and recurring mistakes.
Suggest personalized strategies to improve band scores and overall performance.
Verify and review AI-generated feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
Create model answers, sample essays, and speaking responses for students.
Report any content errors, scoring issues, or bugs found on the platform.
Collaborate with the product and AI teams to improve scoring accuracy and learning features.
Maintain consistency and fairness while assessing student submissions.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IELTS Academic/General and PTE Academic exams.
Previous experience teaching or evaluating IELTS/PTE students is preferred.
Excellent English communication and grammar skills.
Ability to provide detailed, student-friendly feedback.
Familiarity with official IELTS band descriptors and PTE scoring rubrics.
Comfortable working with online learning platforms and digital tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience as an IELTS/PTE trainer or examiner.
Experience reviewing Writing and Speaking modules.
Basic understanding of AI-assisted educational platforms.
Ability to create educational content and practice materials.
Strong analytical and mentoring skills.

Help students improve their IELTS/PTE scores with personalized feedback.

Contribute to building one of India's most advanced AI-powered IELTS and PTE learning platforms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
