Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating with customers for sample collection schedules and requirements.
- Visiting customer sites for collection of material / product samples as per testing requirements.
- Ensuring proper identification, labelling, packing, and safe transportation of samples.
- Maintaining sample collection records, chain of custody, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with Sample Receipt, Testing, and Customer Care teams for timely processing.
- Following safety procedures and company protocols during sample handling and transportation.
- Assisting in dispatch and delivery-related activities whenever required.
- Supporting customers with basic information regarding testing processes and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
