Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Website Developer who can design, develop, and maintain high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of WordPress along with core web technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage websites using WordPress
- Customize themes and plugins as per business requirements
- Build responsive and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write clean and efficient backend code using PHP
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO structure
- Fix bugs and ensure website security and functionality
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools when required
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in WordPress development
- Good knowledge of PHP
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Understanding of responsive design (mobile-friendly websites)
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and cPanel
- Experience with plugins, themes, and page builders (Elementor preferred)
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Knowledge of WooCommerce
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design
- Experience with Git or version control
- API integration experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (optional)
- Practical experience and portfolio projects are highly preferred
