We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Sales for the solar industry. We are looking for a target-driven professional with strong experience in solar sales and team handling who can lead business development activities, generate revenue, and close high-value solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Conduct client meetings, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
- Present solar solutions and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead management by the team.
Client Management
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with ROI understanding and project approvals.
Market Research & Reporting
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the solar industry.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Report sales performance directly to management.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of Solar Sales experience (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of solar systems and project cycle.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- MS Office & CRM knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
