Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and experienced IELTS & Speaking Trainer to train students for IELTS (Academic & General) and Spoken English. The trainer should focus on improving students’ band scores, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence through structured training and regular practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS (Academic & General) training sessions
- Train students in all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Conduct Spoken English classes (basic to advanced level)
- Improve students’ fluency, pronunciation & grammar
- Share exam strategies, tips & time management techniques
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance
- Provide individual feedback and band improvement plans
- Maintain attendance, progress records & reports
Requirements:
- Strong command over English language & grammar
- Proven experience as an IELTS / Speaking Trainer preferred
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS exam format & band descriptors
- Excellent communication & classroom management skills
- Friendly, motivating & student-focused approach
- Punjabi & English proficiency preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong English skills can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
