Job Title - Area Sales Manager
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 5+ years in medical device sales, including 2+ years in team management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to support sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and company policies.
Qulaification & Sillks
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical
- Proven experience in medical device sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
