TECHNICAL KEY SKILLS:
Candidates should have a good understanding of:
- UI Design Principles and Visual Design Fundamentals
- UX Design Concepts and User-Centered Design Approach
- Wireframing and Prototyping Skills
- Mobile App and Web Interface Design Fundamentals
- Responsive Design and Layout Understanding
- Design Systems and Component-Based Design Concepts
- Basic knowledge of Design Tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Canva, or similar tools
- Color Theory, Typography, Spacing, and Layout Design Principles
- Understanding of User Research, User Flow, and Basic UX Journey Mapping
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Framer AI, Canva AI, or similar tools will be preferred
DESIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Strong creativity, design thinking, and visual problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and modern design principles
- Ability to learn new design tools and adapt to evolving AI-based design workflows

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces based on project requirements.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and visual design assets for digital products.
- Work on responsive web design and ensure consistency across different devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.
- Apply design systems, typography, color theory, and modern design principles in project execution.
- Understand user behavior and contribute toward improving user experience and usability.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and modern AI-powered design technologies
- Demonstrate creativity and continuously improve design skills through learning and experimentation
