Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the Raipur region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealers/distributors, developing new business opportunities, and leading field sales activities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint, manage, and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve productivity and sales performance.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Building Materials, ACP, Construction Products, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹16,093.93 - ₹58,535.97 per month
