- Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Update and maintain customer databases accurately.
- Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports and customer data.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain customer records, contracts, and communication history.
- Support lead generation and lead management activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Assist in customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Conduct customer data verification and cleansing.
- Coordinate customer onboarding processes.
- Track sales pipeline and customer conversion status.
- Ensure CRM data confidentiality and compliance.
- Train users on CRM software and processes when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with management to develop customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain records of meetings, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns through customer database management.
- Monitor key customer accounts and relationship status.
- Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns.
- Ensure achievement of customer service and CRM KPIs.
- Prepare presentations and management reports related to customer management.
- Perform any other CRM-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
