Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listings: Work with property owners to list properties for sale, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and presented.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for buying or selling properties, providing expert advice tailored to their situation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, understand local trends, and provide insights into the buying and selling process.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network of clients, contractors, and other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, offers, and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop strategic marketing plans for properties, including online marketing, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring all parties are informed and deadlines are met, while liaising with escrow and title companies.
- Team Leadership: If working within a real estate agency or firm, provide mentorship and support to junior agents or new hires
