Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead and manage the overall maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Department: Maintenance
Location: GRS Fantasy Park, Mysuru
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in maintenance management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Departmental Management
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication teams
- Ensure efficient and smooth maintenance processes
2. Problem-Solving & Decision Making
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues
- Resolve complex maintenance challenges quickly and effectively
3. Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per standards
4. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure quick response to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance teams
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
6. Budget & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage department budget
- Optimize resource utilization and control costs
7. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
