We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving sales and expanding business opportunities. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client coordination, and execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the BDM in planning and executing business development strategies
- Generate leads through field visits, and networking
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, product presentations, client meetings & presentations
- Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and close deals
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business flow
- Focus on increasing revenue and improving conversion ratio
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Travel Requirement:
- Frequent field visits required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
