A regional manager for solar sales drives revenue growth and market expansion within a specific territory. They are responsible for leading sales teams, establishing distributor and channel partner networks, and closing commercial or residential solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for solar modules, inverters, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions.
- Channel & Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with local dealers, distributors, installers, and system integrators.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new high-value projects across residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) segments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide territory sales teams to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, state-level solar policies, and DISCOM norms in your local region.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
