Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has real,
hands-on experience managing and scaling Google & Meta Ads campaigns
in an agency environment. This is not a coordination role. This is a
results-driven execution role where you will manage multiple client
accounts, optimize high-budget campaigns, and drive measurable ROI. We
need someone who understands funnels, data, attribution, and scaling
strategies, and stays aligned with the latest Meta & Google platform
updates.

Core Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across:
- Google Search
- Google Display
- YouTube Ads
- Performance Max
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
2. Manage multi-client, high-budget accounts with ROI focus.
3. Optimize funnels for:
- Lead generation
- E-commerce sales
4. Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
5. Monitor and improve key metrics:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- Conversion rate
6. Track and report performance using:
- GA4
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
7. Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams.
8. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear action plans.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads
- Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of: Conversion Funnel, Attribution models, Audience segmentation, and Scaling frameworks
- Proven experience handling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Up-to-date with platform updates, policy changes, and ad formats
Required Skills (Good-to-have)
- Experience with CAPI and advanced tracking setups
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking
- Exposure to CRO and landing page optimization
- Experience scaling accounts beyond ₹10L+ monthly spend
- Team leadership or mentoring experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
