Job Summary
The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships between the institution and its alumni. The role involves planning alumni engagement activities, maintaining alumni databases, coordinating alumni events, facilitating networking opportunities and fostering alumni participation in institutional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive alumni database with updated contact and professional information.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with alumni across various batches and programs.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate alumni meets, reunions, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
- Facilitate communication between the institution and alumni through emails, newsletters, social media, and other channels.
- Coordinate alumni involvement in guest lectures, workshops, mentoring programs, and placement activities.
- Collect and document alumni achievements, success stories, and testimonials for institutional promotion.
- Support departments in tracking alumni career progression and employment data.
- Promote alumni participation in institutional events, academic activities, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with Training & Placement, Admissions, and Academic Departments to strengthen alumni engagement.
- Prepare reports on alumni activities, engagement metrics, and event outcomes.
- Manage alumni social media groups and online engagement platforms.
- Assist in fundraising, sponsorship, and institutional development initiatives involving alumni, as and when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all alumni-related activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management related to alumni relations and institutional outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience in alumni relations, student affairs, public relations, event management, or administration will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel for alumni engagement activities when required.

Salary - Based on qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.
Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: Six (06) days a week.
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
