Key Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery associates, drivers, and third-party logistics personnel.
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, routes, and operational procedures.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with delivery teams.
- Investigate delivery exceptions, delays, customer complaints, and failed deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,001.00 per month
