Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our pet grooming salon. This role involves overseeing customer service, coordinating grooming activities, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate grooming appointments and staff schedules
- Handle customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and supplies
- Support basic administrative and reporting tasks
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers and pets
Who Can Apply:
- Energetic, proactive, and responsible individuals
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and/or English
- Basic knowledge of operations or customer handling is preferred
- Passion for animals and willingness to learn
