Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling for Schengen visa applications (tourist, business, family visit).
- Handle inbound & outbound calling to assist clients and generate leads.
- Guide clients on documentation, eligibility, and country-specific visa requirements.
- Manage complete visa filing process from profile assessment to submission.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely application processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients via calls and messages.
- Stay updated with the latest embassy rules, visa policies, and documentation changes.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain high conversion rates.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in Schengen visa counselling is mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Schengen visa processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage calls, counselling, and conversions effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
