Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations and support our growing team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment (especially for site supervisors, sales executives, designers and etc), maintain employee records, and ensure the office runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or a junior professional with up to 3 years of experience looking to build a career in HR and administration within a premium interior solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions (such as Site Supervisors, Sales Coordinators, and Designers). Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and company orientation.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily attendance, manage leave records, and compile monthly data to assist in timely payroll processing.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office hygiene, and manage inventory for office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve basic workplace issues, and organize occasional team-building activities and meetings.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain digital and physical employee files, including offer letters, appraisal documents, and company policies. Assisting management with basic business correspondence.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors (like internet providers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams) to ensure zero downtime in office infrastructure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Office Administration. Freshers with excellent communication and strong people skills are highly welcome.
- Education: MBA in HR, BBA, MSW, or any Graduate/Diploma holder with a keen interest in human resources and administration.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.
- Familiarity with job portals (like Indeed) or basic HR/attendance software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and trustworthy personality.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
