We are urgently looking for Sr. HR Executive for one of the Food Company at Gondal Location.
Position - Sr. HR Executive
Location: Gondal, Gujarat
Experience: 4–7years (Food Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant HR operations and workforce planning
- Handle statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws)
- Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and HR records
- Manage administration & facilities (housekeeping, canteen, security, transport)
- Handle industrial relations, contract labour, and employee welfare
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with CMD/COO
