Business Development Manager – Agro Exports
Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales and business development for Indian agro products, foods, beverages, and FMCG brands
- Identify and develop relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket chains, and ethnic retail stores globally
- Expand Net Benefit's distribution network and establish long-term partnerships across key international markets
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, order closure, and account management
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and company KPIs
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in export sales, international marketing, or business development within the food, agro, or FMCG industry
- Experience working with importers, distributors, supermarket chains, and retail networks in international markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
