We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure optimal stock levels across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory management systems while working closely with procurement, production, and sales teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple storage locations.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Analyze inventory trends, consumption patterns, and prepare inventory reports.
- Manage returns, damaged inventory, and obsolete stock as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Lead and support warehouse/inventory staff to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team for inventory valuation and reporting.
- 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP/Tally/Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Warehouse environments.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Inventory Management (APICS, CPIM, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting and demand planning.
