Quality Assurance Executive – Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical engineering/manufacturing background is mandatory.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a precision engineering, machining, or tool-room environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.
- Good understanding of 5S, quality systems, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- 5S Certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, rejection reports, and other quality documentation.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods would be an advantage.
Personal & Leadership Skills
- Strong and confident personality with the ability to communicate firmly and professionally.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Should be disciplined, proactive, responsible, and quality-focused.
- Ability to independently handle quality-related responsibilities and drive improvements.

Key Responsibility:
To ensure consistent product quality, maintain quality documentation and standards, identify and resolve quality issues, coordinate with production teams, and lead continuous improvement and 5S activities.
Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
