About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) with deep expertise in mobile applicationproduct development, who has successfully led the strategy, development, and launch ofNative (Android & iOS) and Hybrid (Flutter) applications at scale.The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical understanding of mobile applicationarchitecture, user experience, performance optimisation, release management, and productlifecycle management. They will be responsible for driving the vision and execution ofmobile-first products while collaborating closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps,Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute the product vision and strategy for mobile applications.
● Lead the development and management of 2–3 mobile products simultaneously.
● Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing,launch, and continuous improvement.
● Work closely with Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Backend, QA, UI/UX, andDevOps teams to ensure successful product delivery.
● Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and release management.
● Ensure mobile applications deliver exceptional performance, security, scalability, anduser experience.
● Define product KPIs and monitor user engagement, retention, conversion, andbusiness growth.
● Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather customer insightsand translate them into product enhancements.
● Partner with Leadership to align product strategy with business objectives andmarket opportunities.
● Lead cross-functional teams and establish product management best practices.
Required Experience
● 10-12 years of Product Management experience with at least 4-5 years in a Product Leadership role.
● Proven experience managing multiple mobile products simultaneously.
● Experience delivering applications with millions of users or high transactionvolumes is preferred.
● Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
● Experience managing distributed engineering and product teams.
Technical & Product Skills
● Strong understanding of Native Mobile Development (Android – Kotlin/Java, iOS– Swift/Objective-C).
● Strong understanding of Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter).
● Mobile application architecture and best practices.
● Mobile UI/UX principles and design systems.
● App Store and Google Play release processes.
● Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and MobileSecurity
.● REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
● Product Roadmap Planning and Product Lifecycle Management.
● Data-driven product management using analytics and user insights.Preferred Skills
● Experience building consumer-facing (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) mobileapplications.
● Experience in AI-enabled, communication, fintech, SaaS, or digital platform products
.● Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, GA4, andproduct analytics tools
.● Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
● Ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
